A method of manufacturing artificial marble comprising injecting liquid resins of different colors into a forming cell to form a laminate of two or more layers, moving a comb-shaped tool in laminated liquid resins with its teeth in contact with the bottom surface of the forming cell, and hardening the liquid resins; specifically, a method of manufacturing artificial marble having a stripe pattern, characterized in that the comb- shaped tool is moved in the liquid resins with tooth-to-tooth intervals changed, whereby artificial marble having a natural marble appearance, in which stripe-to-stripe intervals change in an approximately natural manner, or a straight-grained stripe pattern can be provided.
