PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To require no high strength for a magazine storing connecting nails by associating an action of a separator with that of a feed piston and feeding a connecting nail from the magazine toward a nose part when the feed piston is moved toward the front end. SOLUTION: In association with a feed piston 12 moving forward while pressing a first feeding claw 14 to a compression spring 11 arranged inside a cylinder, a front nail is moved forward with the feed piston 12 until the nail is fed into a nose part 1, journalled rotationally to a piston rod 13 and energized by means of a spring so as to be always protruded to a nail feeding passage 2. A second feeding claw 20 constitutes a nail feeding mechanism feeding an innermost side connecting nail stored in a magazine 3 to the nail feeding passage 2, and a separator 17 is installed to the piston rod 13 via a separator arm 18. In this way, strength of the magazine can be maintained even when it is formed of plastic, so that the weight of a device as a whole can be reduced and costs can be lowered.
