PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spectrum data processing method which generates an image accurately showing a concentration distribution of constituents of a sample on the basis of a plurality of pieces of spectrum data.SOLUTION: In a standard wave number setting step, standard wave numbers are provided in all wave number regions of spectrum data, and the wave number regions are continuously swept. In a base line setting step, wave numbers at two points are continuously swept in each sweep position of the sweep positions of the standard wave numbers under the condition that a wave number interval 26 between the two points on both sides of the sweep position is a prescribed value or larger, and a plurality of conditions for a base line BL connecting the two points are set. In an image generation step, each time when a condition for standard wave numbers and the base line is set, the condition is applied to all pieces of spectrum data in common to compute a peak level. A distribution image data based on the peak level is generated for each condition. Finally, distribution image data having the highest contrast is selected from among a plurality of pieces of distribution image data in an image selection step. |
