The ski has two transversal rotary pivots (31, 50) or two sockets (32, 47) for the pivots whose interspace is in the region of 156 to 376 millimetres, preferably between 216 and 256 millimetres. Where the ski boot has a mark (58) for the shoe middle the pivots or their sockets can be off-centre back from the mark.
