PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate attaching work for attaching a vehicular seat to a body. SOLUTION: This seat hinge structure is rovided with an upper hinge 10 fixed to a seat cushion, and a lower hinge 20 connected to the upper hinge 10 freely turnably around a hinge pin 31 to be fixed to a body. A stopper pin 25 is inserted into a support hole 22a formed in one sidewall of the lower hinge 20 to be movable in parallel to the hinge pin 31. A clearance to allow passing of a lower hinge 20 side end part of a torsion coil spring 33 wound around the hinge pin 31 is formed, in the stopper pin 25, between a tip of the stopper pin 25 and the other sidewalll 23 of the lower hinge 20 when the stopper 25 is located in a retreated position, and its tip part is locked to a locking hole 23a formed in the other sidewall 23 of the lower hinge 20 when located in an advanced position to lock the end part of the torsion coil spring 33 in its intermediate position.
