PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the inner temperature of a reflow oven to be kept constant by a method wherein a heating temperature of gas contained in a heating convection means is controlled based on a detected result by a temperature detector. SOLUTION: Bar-shaped temperature control sensors 24 are each supported at a prescribed interval on the side wall of an inner case 12 in a transfer direction of a board 16 so as to be located off a honeycomb 22 and transfer rails 15A and 15B implanting their one ends in the inner side of the side wall, a thermocouple 24A is provided to the other ends of the temperature controlling sensors 24 respectively, and only the temperature of a flow of hot air that convects in the inner case 12 is detected by the thermocouples 24A. Based on this detection result, heating heaters 17 to 20 are regulated in output. By this setup, the inner temperature of a reflow oven can be kept constant.
