PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent apparent Q of a crystal oscillation from lowering and to prevent the stoppage of oscillation, when an oscillation signal is taken out. SOLUTION: A crystal oscillation circuit 1 has an oscillation transistor 2, where a collector or a base is set to be ground potential in terms of high frequency, a first feedback capacitor 5 which is connected between the base and the emitter of the oscillation transistor 2 is terms of high frequency, a second feedback capacitor 6 which is connected between the emitter and the collector in terms of high frequency and a crystal oscillator 3 and a capacitor 7, which are connected in series and are connected between the base and the collector in terms of high frequency. The capacitor 7 is installed on a ground potential side, and an oscillation signal is extracted from the connection point of the crystal oscillator 3 and the capacitor 7.
