The invention relates to novel liquid formulations of active agents or mixtures of active agents, containing a) an active agent or a mixture of active agents, b) propylene carbonate and/or ethylene carbonate, c) an emulsifier or a mixture of emulsifiers and optionally, other formulation auxiliary agents. The invention also relates to the use of the inventive formulations and to plastic tubelets containing the same.
