PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent invasion of noises from a crystal vibrator terminal after a DLD characteristic test by connecting a crystal oscillator only at the time of the test and electrically disconnecting it later and to prevent characteristics from being affected even when that terminal contacts the other terminal or the like. SOLUTION: On the base of a package, a pair of terminals for crystal vibrator test are located along with the short side of the package. A pair of terminals for crystal vibrator test are connected to terminals A and B drawn from a switcher 13. The switcher 13 is composed of analog switches 10 and 11 and an inverter 12, for example. At the time of testing the crystal vibrator, when a power source input terminal is grounded, the output of the inverter 12 is turned into 'H level'. Therefore, the analog switch 11 is turned 'ON' and the terminals for crystal vibrator test connected to the terminals A and B and a blank electrode 5 are electrically connected. Thus, DLD characteristics can be tested.
