PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound antenna device, which is formed easy to produce with two feeding points and further reduces the volume occupied by an antenna. SOLUTION: Sharing a ground conductor provided on the circuit board of a radio terminal, a notch antenna and a monopole antenna are provided at one corner of the ground conductor 1. A notch 2, which forms the notch antenna, is nearly rectangular and the terminal of the ground conductor 1 is made into an open terminal. A first linear conductor 3 connecting both terminals to the ground conductor 1 is installed across the notch 2. A second linear conductor 4 is installed on the centerline in the lengthwise direction of the notch 2. One terminal of the second linear conductor 4 is protruded from the open terminal of the notch 2 to the outside of the ground conductor 1 and the other terminal is connected near the short-circuiting terminal of the notch 2. A first feeding point 5 is connected between the first linear conductor 3 and the ground conductor 1 and a second feeding point 6 is connected between the second linear conductor 4 and the ground conductor 1.
