PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a baggage carrier excellent in safety, which can reduce operating force. SOLUTION: A wheel 3a is supported through an axle 5. A travelling motor 6 can rotate and drive the axle 5. Operating force detection means 28a, 28b to detect the variation of weighting to be acted through an operation handle 27 are attached. The travelling motor 6 rotates clockwise or counterclockwise based on the detected signal at the operating force detection means 28a, 28b.
