PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiper blade capable of securing good wiping performance over a long period while securing wiping performance in winter. SOLUTION: The housing part 48 of a backing 42 has such a size that a base part 40 can be displaced in the housing part 48 in the height direction and the advancing direction in wiping, and the opening width of an insertion hole 50 has such a size that a neck part 36 can be displaced. Therefore, in a wiper blade 10, since not only a lip part 34 but also the whole blade rubber 32 are tilted, load to the neck part 36 is reduced, as a result, reversing in the tilting direction at the time that the wiping direction is reversed can be smoothly performed over a long period. Further, snow stuck to the neck part 36 can be pushed out when the tilting direction is reversed, wiping performance in winter can be secured.
