PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To be usable for a transmission of constant-mesh type as well as for a power shift transmission by dividing a transmission case into a front case, an intermediate case, and a rear case. SOLUTION: The transmission case 8 is divided into the front case 40, the intermediate case 41, and the rear case 42, and incorporates power transmission devices for a tractor therein. In the front case 40, a main transmission 4 for changing over a running speed to a plurality of speed change stages, a shuttle transmission 6 for changing over between forward traveling and backward traveling and a sub transmission 5 for changing-over between high speed and low speed are arranged. Even in the constant-mesh type transmission having dog clutches CA to CD, as well as in the power shift transmission of which the main transmission 4, shuttle transmission 6, and sub transmission 5 have hydraulic clutches C1 to C4 and the like, respective transmissions 4, 5, 6 are formed to be accommodated in the front case 40, intermediate case 41, and rear case 42 to commonly utilize for both types of transmission.
