PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic cutter device allowing prevention of generation of howl sound caused by chatter vibration of a vibration body. SOLUTION: This ultrasonic cutter device having a vibration body that is a blade body 1; ultrasonic excitation means 2, 4 exciting the blade body 1, provided at one end of the blade body 1; energy conversion means 2, 4 consuming and absorbing vibration energy, provided at the other end of the blade body 1; and a howl prevention mechanism preventing a howl generated by vibration of the blade body 1. The howl prevention mechanism prevents the howl generated from the blade body 1 by partially pressing both side surfaces of the blade body 1 with soft urethane foam materials 10.
