PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable anchor having openable holding claws capable of easily opening and closing by a single hand. SOLUTION: This portable anchor comprises a core rod 1, a mobile member 2 movably inserted on the periphery of the core rod 1 and a support body 3 fixed with a machine screw 4 on the bottom of the core rod 1. Plural holding claws 5 are rotatably installed on the support body 3. The mobile member 2 is energized by an energizing member 6 comprising a spring installed in the mobile member 2 to the side of the support body 3 in the axis direction. A holding part 2c is formed on the bottom face and bottom periphery of the tube 2a of the mobile member 2. The holding claw 5 is composed of a flaky holding part 5b locating on the upper side of a through hole 5a, an arm part 5c extending upward from the position of the through hole 5a and a holding part 5d comprising a perpendicular plane perpendicularly extending downward from a side of the flaky holding part 5b.
