PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for a barn, capable of carrying out the deodorization by a photocatalytic action, having efficient deodorant effect hardly causing undesirable effect on the environment, and obtained by totally considering the ventilation in the barn, deodorization and irradiation by using a light source for the irradiation as the light source required for the deodorization. SOLUTION: This deodorizing and lighting system is a ventilation system for supplying open air to the interior of the barn, and exhausting the air in the interior through underfloor of a cattle cell, a pit, a deodorizing treatment structure from a chimney, and the deodorizing treatment system is the deodorizing and lighting system having an exhausting passage obtained by using a lamp for the irradiation as the light source, and putting the photocatalytic material on a light-receiving face. The walls of the exhausting passage surround the lamp so that the light may not directly irradiate the interior of the chamber, and the interior of the chamber may be irradiated with the irradiating light through an ultraviolet-shielding member.
