A vehicle headlight has a body (120), glass (110) and mirror (100) supporting a lamp (115). The mirror is spring and pivot mounted (300,130) which allows a screw (220) accessible from outside to adjust the headlight orientation. The screw (220) is mounted in a cap (400) which is a press fit on to the headlight body and when removed gives entry to the lamp for replacement.
