PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a half-precast beam capable of preventing an uplift performance of a fulcrum in the upper surface of a column even when deviational loading acts thereon and also resisting torsional force. SOLUTION: A half-precast beam 30 provides an embedding metal fixture 37 to the end of a web 36 to project a screw 37a. A torsional force resisting member 38 clamped and fixed with nuts 37b inserts column axial reinforcing bars 11 to constrain an uplift performance of the beam or shaking by horizontal movement or the like. A jack 40b is mounted on a bracket 40 fixed to a half- precast column 10 to bear the lower surface 39 of the beam. The deformation of the web 36 is constrained even when torsional force acts thereon by loading on the beam, at the same time, the uplift performance of the lower surface 39 of the beam is prevented, and the fall of the beam from the column is also prevented.
