A discharge plate 42 is provided on the feedout part A, a pair of side fences 43, 44 are provided on the discharge plate 42, and discharge wings 47, 48 are provided on the pair of side fences 43, 44 so as to be displaced between a standby position where they do not interfere in the printing sheet 34 discharged from the discharging part 5 and an interference position where they interfere with the printing sheet 34 discharged from the discharging part 5 to offset the printing sheet 34 to be discharged almost perpendicular to the direction of the discharge.
