PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of efficiently producing an oligosiloxane having a silicon atom-bonded alkoxy group. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing an oligosiloxane represented by the formula: (R1O)aSi (OSiR22R3)(4-a) (wherein R1 is an alkyl group; R2 is the same or different aliphatic unsaturated bond-free 1-10C monovalent hydrocarbon group; R3 is an aliphatic unsaturated bond-free >=2C monovalent hydrocarbon group; and a is 1, 2 or 3) comprises subjecting (A) an oligosiloxane represented by the formula: (R1O)aSi(OSiR22H)(4-a) (wherein R1 is an alkyl group; R2 is the same or different aliphatic unsaturated bond-free 1-10C monovalent hydrocarbon group; and a is 1, 2 or 3) and (B) a hydrocarbon compound having one aliphatic unsaturated double bond in the molecule to addition reaction by (C) a hydrosilylation catalyst.
