PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveying device capable of conveying a metal ring in a fixed state and detaching the metal ring with a robot arm or the like. SOLUTION: The ring 4 is formed by cutting a cylindrical drum formed by welding the ends of a maraging steel thin plate 1 in the specified width and conveyed in a suspended state. At least two of a pair of locking means 14 for being closely pressed against the inner circumferential surface of the suspended ring 4 and locked by giving tension to the ring 4 are installed up and down at the specified interval. The locking means 14 has an interposing means 15 having a V shape as viewed from the plane for interposing the ring 4 in the width direction. The locking means 14 are arranged in a sawtooth shape by connecting plural V-shaped interposing means 15. A pair of locking means each arranged up and down is inclined so as to face the tip parts 14a.
