PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk clamper which carrys out efficiently a work to mount a magnet member on a clamper main body, can prevent a component from breaking or deteriorating when the magnetic member is detached from the clamper main body, and has such structure that the magnet member is easily attached and detached and hard to break. SOLUTION: The disk clamper 100 comprises the clamper main body 110 which comes into contact with a CD and the magnet member 120 which is stored in a component storage part 110a formed at part of the clamper main body 110 and the magnet member 20 is rotated while stored in the component storage part 110a to engage the engagement part of the clamper main body 110a and the engagement part of the magnetic member 20 with each other.
