SUBSTANCE: device has X-ray source in the form of X- ray tube, damping system placed between X-ray tube and object being analyzed and set in rotary motion by means of motor, and X-radiation detector mounted behind object being analyzed. Damping system is made in the form of filter- shutter that has hollow cylindrical case made of light-weight material. Filter- shutter is mounted for rotation about X-ray tube body. Ring-shaped plates made of heavy metal having different X-ray penetrability, such as copper, are mounted on outer surface of shutter case near X-ray tube collimator. In addition, ring-shaped plates of filter-shutter may have variable or stepwise varying thickness. EFFECT: provision for processing data on damping of roentgen rays of different spectra as they are passed through object being analyzed. 3 cl, 5 dwg |
