WOODY FLOOR MATERIAL HAVING LONG TERM EFFECT AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a woody floor material improved in the continuity of the effect such as a harmful insect avoidance or the like by suitably dissipating a refined tree oil component in view of the limit in the long term gradual dischargeability of the component in the case of the large change of a temperature or a humidity in a conventional floor material containing the refined tree oil component. SOLUTION: As the refined tree oil component, at least two types or more of terpenes or the like having different boiling points are used. The terpene is not only added into a veneer adhering adhesive but also the rear surface of the floor material is coated with the refined oil component. They are deposited and cured. The refined oil component of the rear surface of the floor material is adhered to a floor material front surface coating film of a lower stage. Thus, the oil component from the adhesive layer and the oil component from the surface coating film supplement to each other to continue maintaining of an effective effect for a long period in good response to the large change of the temperature and the humidity.
