摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure a three-dimensional CT image of multi-slices having high spatial resolution and high-density resolution in the direction of slicing without moving an examinee in the direction of slicing in an X-ray CT device. SOLUTION: Measurement is executed while rotating an X-ray source 1 and an X-ray detector 6 consisting of pairs of one-dimensional detectors piled in the state of plural stages in the direction of slicing around an examinee 20 and simultaneously varying the position of the detector on a circular arc with the X-ray generating point (c) of the source 1 in a center in the direction of slicing. Thus, X-ray tomography of multi-slices can be executed without moving the examinee in the direction of slicing, thereby the picture of a three- dimensional CT image is improved and cancer at an initial stage, or the like, having a fine density difference and a five volume can be found at an early stage.
