PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rectangular thin plate material to remove refuse or the like in a gap of which the using range is extended, and of which the usability is improved regarding the depth of the gap and the character of an objective for the removal. SOLUTION: This rectangular thin plate 1 is equipped with flexibility, and on one end, an insertion head section 2 of which the lateral width is made narrower than the width of the thin plate 1 is provided. Continuously, a neck section 3 of which the lateral width is further narrower is formed in the direction to the other end side. At a location 4 in the direction to the other end side, an engaging hole 5 equipped with a lateral width being sufficient for the insertion of the head section 2 is formed.
