PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a total unit of a lock implement by forming a guide part in length of required minimum limit. SOLUTION: A base end 21 of a check arm 2 is turnably connected to a free end side of a door unit D1, also a coil spring 24 turn energizing the check arm 2 toward an indoor surface of a body panel 3, when the door unit D1 is placed in the vicinity of a closed position, is provided. A shaft-shaped regulation member 42, restricting turning in a direction of the indoor surface of the check arm 2 by partially abutting while relatively moving relating to an intermediate part in the lengthwise direction of the check arm 2 moved according to opening/closing action of the door unit D1, is provided in an opening edge of a vehicle rear part opening O.
