<p>The invention relates to the field of non-invasive detection of body fluid analytes. The invention discloses a method for the non-invasive measurement of the presence or absence of at least one animal, including human, body fluid analyte, using electromagnetic radiation having at least one wavelength of more than 2.5 microns, and where at least one of the tissues is a finger nail. The invention also discloses an apparatus for the non-invasive measurement of the presence or absence of at least one animal, including human, body fluid analyte. Further, the invention describes the use of such a method and apparatus.</p> |
