PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power plant frame construction of a vehicle such that impact safety performance can be enhanced while the proper performance and rigidity of power plant frames are assured by providing a behavior control part at a portion halfway between the power plant frames or propeller shafts along the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, for controlling the portion halfway between the power plant frames or the propeller shafts along the cross direction of the vehicle according to the input of a longitudinal load. SOLUTION: This power plant frame construction of a vehicle includes the power plant frames 14 and 15 extending in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle and interconnecting a power unit 3 and a reduction gear 4 spaced apart from each other, and the propeller shafts 6 and 7 connecting the power plant 3 to the reduction gear 4. The behavior control part 31 for controlling the portion halfway between the power plant frames 14 and 15 or between the propeller shafts 6 and 7 in the cross direction of the vehicle according to the input of a longitudinal load is provided at the portion halfway between the power plant frames 14 and 15 or between the propeller shafts 6 and 7 along the longitudinal direction of the vehicle.
