PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To almost uniformly accumulate chips within a first recovery bucket 5 and recover a cutting fluid by separating it from the chips within a second recovery bucket 7. SOLUTION: The first recovery bucket 5 is provided for recovering the chips and the cutting fluid conveyed out of conveying part 3a of a chip conveyor 3, and a rotating actuator 11 is provided for rotating the first recovery bucket 5 about a vertical rotational axis 5s. A number of bottom through-hole 35 through which the cutting fluid can pass are provided through the bottom of the first 6 recovery bucket 5 and the second recovery bucket 7 is provided for recovering the cutting fluid passed through the number of bottom through- holes.
