A data analysis device (10) has: a data acquiring unit (11) for, in zones to which power is supplied from a power substation and an in-house power generation device, acquiring, for each of the zones, the power substation result of current or power actually supplied from the power substation; an in-house power generation result acquiring unit (12) for, in the occurrence of a past power failure, subtracting the power substation result obtained before the occurrence of the power failure from the power substation result obtained after the restoration from the power failure, thereby acquiring the in-house power generation result of current or power that has been actually supplied to a zone by the in-house power generation device before the occurrence of the power failure; a meteorological data acquiring unit (13) for acquiring meteorological data; and an in-house power generation supply estimation unit (18) for estimating the in-house power generation result on the basis of the in-house power generation result obtained in each of the occurrences of past power failures and the meteorological data. |
