PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk holding mechanism capable of surely holding a disk and a weight when the warpage of the optical disk is inspected, and a disk warping inspection device using the same. SOLUTION: A weight W is held by a holder 57 provided in an arm 55, and loaded/unloaded on a disk 10. Then, a holding part 72 provided in the weight W is positioned and held inside the holder 57, and when the weight W is loaded on the disk 10, the arm 55 side is further lowered after the weight W is brought into contact with the disk 10, and thereby the weight W is relatively moved upward in the movable space S of the holder 57 to form a gap with the arm 55, and the holder 57 is prevented from being brought into contact with the weight W.
