PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cup dispenser capable of reliably detecting the presence and absence of a cup without requiring the positional adjustment of a cup detecting mechanism even in the case of exchanging a cup sensor and in the case of changing a cup size. SOLUTION: When the number of cups housed in a guide cylinder 3 becomes equal to or smaller than a prescribed value as the result of supplying the cups 2 from a cup dropper 5, a detection lever 61 is rotated in the direction of the inside of a guide cylinder 3 with a lever rotary shaft 60 as a center by gravity and the push button 63a of a micro switch 63 projects, thereby the switch 63 outputs an OFF signal.
