The subject of the solution is the method of concrete modification of building constructions with the aim to remove ineligible impact of the building process in building interiors, in which there are concrete constructions containing anti-freeze additive based on urea used. The urea is in the alkali medium under the presence of humidity decomposed with subsequent release of ammonia into the building interiors. The solution is based on effects of composite material containing as an active substance some of inorganic and/ or organic acids, and/ or acid salts thereof, and/ or their mixtures (phosphoric acid, Lewis acids, citric acid, tartaric acid, paratoluolsulphonic acid, benzoic acid, oxalate acid, etc.) in combination with an suitable carrier to the nallous affected concrete of the building constructions. After the application of this composite on the concrete of the affected construction the chemical elimination of produced ammonia starts - the acid present in the composite reacts with the produced ammonia to the related ammonium salt. This salt is under the expected conditions of the building interiors inert and stable, by which the elimination of the ammonia from the said interiors occurs.
