PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition for a lens excellent in adhesion, scratch resistance and restoring properties and a lens sheet using the same. SOLUTION: The resin composition for a lens comprises a specific urethane (meth)acrylate (A), a monofunctional (meth)acrylate (B) having a refractive index (25 deg.C) of at least 1.50, a bifunctional reactive monomer (C) and a photopolymerization initiator (D).
