PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive rubber member and a paper feeding roller having proper electric conductivity, having proper rubber hardness and causing no staining. SOLUTION: This conductive rubber member by blending a rubber material with conductive carbon uses a material having an iodine adsorbing quantity not less than 900 ml/g, a DBP oil absorbing quantity not less than 400 ml/100 g and the surface area not less than 1,000 m2/g as the conductive carbon.
