PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reniform gauge with decreased number of the components at low cost that facilitates the operations of letter writing and permission switching while preventing an adjustment work from being performed in the state of prohibiting writing. SOLUTION: It divides the inner part of box 22 for the adjustment work which is mounted on the surface of transmitter case 1 into first and second hollow parts 23, 24 by a partition wall 25. It selectively receives a permanent magnet 6 into the first and second hollow parts 23, 24 and also freely draws it and reversibly receives it into them, wherein a gap setting member 26 consisting of nonmagnetic materials is adhered to one end surface of longitudinal direction of it. A lead switch 10 for adjusting the hollow parts 23, 24 to make them close and opposed to each other in a downward direction and a lead switch 31 for a writing-in prohibition is arranged in the inner part of the transmitter case 1.
