摘要 PURPOSE: A skeleton-type brushless direct current motor is provided to exactly control a stop position of a rotor, improve efficiency, reduce production costs, make a device small and lightweight, and improve reliability. CONSTITUTION: A substantially cylindrical magnet(14) is mounted on an outer periphery of a shaft(12). The magnet(14) has N-pole and S-pole. A stator core(20) is formed by insulating respective thin silicon steels which are pressed and stacking the silicon steels. A main core block(30) is assembled with a sub core block(40). Position control holes(32,42) and through holes(34,44) are formed on the main and sub core blocks(30,40). An arm(36) is formed on a side of the main core block(30). A coupling groove is formed on an end of the arm(36). A coupling section of the sub core block(40) corresponds to the coupling groove of the main core block(30). The coupling groove of the main core block(30) and the coupling section of the sub core block(40) are formed in a substantially circular shape, but may be formed in a triangular, rectangular, or other shape.
