PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stacking member for slope reinforcement and a slope reinforcing structure capable of performing a slope reinforcing operation easily in a short time even when a slope is curved horizontally and also excellent in strength and safety. SOLUTION: This stacking member 10 is formed in a bottomed or bottomless frame-shape allowing weight material 3 such as soil and sand to be put therein, comprises a drain structure 13 and both right and left end side connection parts 1 and 2, and is formed so as to be allowed to be stacked upward and to be connected laterally through the connection parts 1 and 2. The right and left end side connection parts 1 and 2 are formed so as to fit a male part 11 into a female part 12 rotatably in the horizontal direction when the stacking member 10 is connected in the lateral direction.
