The invention relates to a water saving method and device for mural boilers without accumulation upon cold start, which are meant to avoid the waste of water in the boiler heating transitory period, when the hot household water temperature has not yet reached the value adequate to consumption. According to the invention, the method consists in that the water circulation is deviated from the pipe supplying the hot household water taps and the water is recycled through the boiler during the transitory period of heating water up to the normalized temperature, the method being intended to be implemented by means of a commercial programmable logic controller programmed so that, upon detection of the flow through the mural boiler, if the hot household water does not have the appropriate parameters for consumption, it controls the appropriate electro-valves to recycle water through the boiler until reaching the normalized parameters, after which it comes back to the normal circuit. As claimed by the invention, the device consists of a measuring system comprising two differential pressure transducers (DP1 and DP2) and one temperature transducer (T), a system of normally opened electro-valves (V1 and V2), and a system of normally closed electro-valves (V3 and V4), a pump (P) and two anti-return valves (CAR1 and CAR2), and two pipes (1 and 2), a recycling pipe and a pump-start testing pump, respectively, mounted in parallel to the hot household and sanitary water circuit of the mural boiler. |
