APPARATUS FOR CONTROLLING TILTING BARREL FOR MOLTEN MATERIAL IN BLAST FURNACE

PURPOSE: An apparatus for controlling a tilting barrel for a molten material in a blast furnace is provided to improve productivity of the operation of the blast furnace and stabilize the conditions of the blast furnace by installing and controlling a rotation type tilting barrel including bearing and bearing rail. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a supporting plate (18) in which a bearing rail is installed so that the rotary power is conveyed to a tilting barrel (2) and the tilting barrel is fixed by a rotation motor (22) and a reducer (21) during rotation of the tilting barrel (2); a supporting stand (10) installed so that the tilting barrel (2) is fixed and easily rotated by a centering hole; bearing holes (11a) formed on the upper part of a supporter of the side surface of the supporting stand (10) so that bearings (11b) are inserted into the bearing holes (11a) so as to minimize friction force generated at the tilting barrel (2); a fixing plate (15) installed at the lower side of the end parts of supporting plates (13,14) attached to the center part of the side surface of the tilting barrel (2) for preventing the tilting barrel (2) from being separated; and an operating part on which a button is installed for operating a valve installed at a stand (25) that supplies and blocks the air rotating each of the rotating parts.
