PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a hook-and-loop fastener having no problems in the safety, sanitation, and environmental pollution, having fluffing resistance, cleaning resistance, and dry cleaning resistance, and having a superior fluffing resistance after used for a long time, and to provide the hook-and-loop fastener thereby. SOLUTION: The above purpose is accomplished by using a composition formed of aqueous dispersion of a composite resin obtained by polymerizing acrylic monomer in the presence of polyurethane with its part having a neutralized carboxyl group and a polyfunctional epoxy compound as a back coating agent for the hook-and-loop fastener.
