PURPOSE: A cellular phone preventive of electronic wave damage is provided to minimize a possible physical damage to a user by the electronic waves generated in use from the signal transmission antenna by maximizing the distance of the source from the site of the human body, and by installing an insulation material therebetween. CONSTITUTION: Unlike an existing cellular phone, a transceiver antenna is placed on the bottom of a terminal, thus maximizing the distance between an electronic wave generating site and a part of the human body, namely, brain. Besides, a flip of the terminal is coated with metal material or metallic coating, that is, an insulation substance from the electronic wave, thus maximizing the effect of cutting off the electronic wave. In particular, if the antenna is installed on the bottom of the terminal, it is more convenient for the user to pull out the antenna naturally.
