PURPOSE: A system and method for payment approval service using a communication network are provided for a user to transmit a payment approval requesting message rapidly and to approve the payment using a mobile terminal when a user pays a cost for a commodity and using chargeable contents information in an electronic commercial transaction. CONSTITUTION: A financial institution(10) stores registration information of users(20) who join to a credit card or have a deposit account in a database being linked with a server system. The financial institution(10) continuously manages transaction information with respect to a credit card transaction detail and a deposit changing contents paid by the users after the users(20) register to the financial institution(10) initially. The financial institution(10) continuously manages user's transaction changing contents by constructing user's transaction information in the database. If an electronic commerce man(30) and a card reader operating member store(40) demand a payment of the user(20), the financial institution(10) decides a transaction or not based on the transaction information being constructed in the database and may approve the payment.
