PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information retrieval management system which uses a communication line capable of quickly, easily and accurately accessing the needed latest information and also reliably acquires information in a required time and with efficiency, an information retrieval managing method utilizing the communication line and a recording medium. SOLUTION: In this information retrieval management system 1, utilizing the communication line that quickly obtains further needed information on the basis of classified data recorded and stored in information terminals 10 via a server 20 connected to a network by the communication line 10, the terminals 10 are provided with an inputting means for inputting the classified data, a classification database recording and storing the classified data, a communicating means and an information acquiring means which accesses a specified page in information providing sites 30, offering further needed information and acquires needed information from an information database.
