PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem where it is necessary to install an exclusive data link system, in each plane for the purpose of transmission timing of interference waves when colleague planes cooperate with each other and transmit the interference waves. SOLUTION: At least, two interference planes 6a, 6b, which are colleague with each other are equipped with receiving antennas 1a, 1b receiving a radar wave from the opposite side radar wave as an interference object and an interference wave transmitted from the colleague plane, receiving processors 2a, 2b detecting and processing the respective items of the radar wave and the interference wave received with the receiving antennas and forming interference items, modulators 3a, 3b modulating interference signals on the basis of the interference items from the receiving processors, transmitters 4a, 4b amplifying the interference signals outputted from the modulators, and transmitting antennas 5a, 5b transmitting the interference signals from the transmitters to a space, as the interference waves.
