PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively wash a tire wheel in a vehicle such as an automobile by washing up to a thin part by mechanical washing. SOLUTION: A rotatably driven air motor 14 is incorporated into a brush nozzle 11 provided with a small rotary brush 10. A filled portable air tank 12 is connected to this brush nozzle 11 via an air sending hose 17. A detergent tank 23 is attached to the air tank 12. A liquid sending hose 24 from this detergent tank 23 is introduced to the brush nozzle 11 to spray a detergent 27 on the small rotary brush 10.
