PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic endoscope which is high in the efficiency of an equipment cost and space and working efficiency. SOLUTION: A first scope 30 and a first processor 40 as well as a second scope 50 and a second processor 60 are switched and used by switching device 200. A monitor 150, an external recorder 160, a keyboard 170 and a computer 180 are disposed in one set and are respectively connected to the switching device 200. The first processor 40 or the second processor 60 is connected to a monitor 150, etc., by switching control of the switching device 200.
