PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for exterminating cockroaches in better efficiency and more cleanly by not using a conventional killing method of the cockroaches by spraying or installing a chemical. SOLUTION: This method for exterminating the cockroaches comprises utilizing the weak point of the cockroaches themselves, i.e., characteristics incapable of living in a low temperature, and efficiently exterminating them by keeping the temperature inside a room at a low temperature lower than the freezing point of water as low as possibly by putting one to several freezing devices in accordance with the area of the room.
