PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage machine by which muscle fatigue in legs or arms is got rid of, a blood circulation is simultaneously promoted in a whole body and a user himself or herself is made to additionally confirm the present state of his or her body by improving a conventional chair type air massage machine. SOLUTION: The machine is constituted of a chair 20 provided with armrests 22 which are arranged at the both sides of a seat part 21 and where an arm holding part 24 is disposed in the upper part and with a seat back part 23 which is disposed at the rear end of the seat part 21 so as to be inclination possible, a leg holding part 30 arranged at the front end of the seat part 21 in the chair 20 to support the legs of the user sitting on the chair 20, and a footrest 40 where the foot parts of the legs are placed. The machine is characterized by internally providing each air bag communicating with a compression air supply/discharge mechanism in the seat part 21, the seat back part 23, the arm holding parts 24 disposed in the armrest parts 22 and the leg holding part 30 of the chair 20 and by providing at least two pressure projecting parts 45 and 46 being different in size and vertically movable inside the footrest 40.
